A case of developing 10 types of circuit boards, including control boards, power supply boards, panel operation boards, and display boards.

We would like to introduce a case where we developed a control board for a household sewing machine. The customer did not have engineers strong in firmware development, circuit design, or board design, so they consulted us. They requested not only to meet the functional and reliability specifications but also to produce the board at a low cost. Based on our proposal, the main control board was designed to connect to a PC and function as a communication board that operates based on the operational data created on the PC. This communication is conducted via USB, and the specifications allow for communication with the LCD controller and function tester via RS-232C. [Our Proposal and Services] - By using our developed firmware without an operating system, data can be read without delay, achieving smooth operation. - The microcontroller used in the control board has fewer terminals and can control six stepping motors with a single microcontroller while switching control signals. - All components are implemented at our partner factory in Vietnam, inspected, and delivered locally. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
